 Garlic, 2 to 4 pods
 Curds1 Cup (16 tbs)

 Coriander leaves, 1 small bunch
 Ginger, 1 small piece
 Grated coconut2 Tablespoon (Masala to grind :)
 Cinnamon pieces2 (Garam masala to grind :)
 Cloves, 2 or 3
 Cornflour1 Tablespoon (Garam masala to grind :)
 Ghee2 Tablespoon (Garam masala to grind :)
 Coriander powder1 1/2 Tablespoon (Garam masala to grind :)
 Chilli powder, 1. teaspoon
 Cumin seeds1 Teaspoon (Garam masala to grind :)
 Turmeric1 Teaspoon (Garam masala to grind :)
 Cardamoms3 (Garam masala to grind :)
 Pepper corns, 3

Directions

Peel garlic and cut each clove into 3 to 4 pieces.
Boil them in plenty of salted boiling water.
Strain and keep aside.
Heat ghee, add cumin, green masala paste, chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Cook the masala for some time.
Add curds (well beaten).
Cook for five minutes more.
Add garlic and cook on low fire for five minutes.
Add enough water for gravy.
Lastly, add garam masala and cornflour mixed with some milk.
