Ingredients

 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm)
 French bread slice8
 Egg1 , boiled
 Tomatoes2
 8 anchovy fillets
 Lemon juice2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Pinch
 Ground pepper1 Pinch
 Chives1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Heat the oil in a big frying pan.
Peel 2 cloves of the garlic and press through a garlic press into the oil.
Add the slices of bread and brown on both sides.
Peel the egg.
Briefly immerse the tomatoes in boiling water.
Peel and halve them, and remove the seeds.
Puree in a blender or food processor with the egg, the anchovies and the remaining garlic, finely chopped.
Season the puree with the lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread on the croutons.
Sprinkle the croutons with the chives .
