Garlic Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| All-purpose flour -1 tablespoon | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a 2-cup glass measure, place the butter and melt on HIGH for 35 seconds
2. Add the flour to the glass measure and mix well till smooth. Gradually add the milk and microwave again on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or till thick and bubbly.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and microwave at HIGH again for 30 to 35 seconds till the cheese melts
SERVING
4. Serve with steamed rice with meat and eggs
