Garlic Cheese Grits Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup quick-cooking grits, uncooked | ||
| Cheese garlic | 1 | |
| Butter stick | 1 | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional) | ||
Directions
Cook grits according to package directions.
Add cheese and butter.
Cool.
Combine eggs and milk.
Place grits in 2-quart casserole (buttered).
Pour egg-milk mixture over grits.
Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
