Garlic Broth Recipe
Ingredients

| Water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 | |
| Whole Cloves | 2 | |
| Fress parsley - 1 tbsp | ||

Directions
GETTING READY
1. Peel the garlic cloves, cut them in half and place them in a saucepan in water
MAKING
2. To the saucepan, add onions with have whole cloves stuck in them as well as all the other ingredients to it; allow to boil and simmer for forty five minutes
3. Strain through a sieve, crushing the garlic cloves as you go along; divide it among containers so that it can be defrosted quickly
SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
