Garlic Broiled Shrimp Recipe
|Extra large shrimp||1 Pound, peeled and deveined (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Olive oil/Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry vermouth/White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, halved crosswise|

For marinade, in a small bowl combine oil, vermouth or white wine, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour over shrimp in bag.
Marinate shrimp in the refrigerator for 2 to 8 hours.
Drain shrimp, reserving marinade.
Arrange shrimp on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Place tomatoes, cut side up, next to shrimp.
Brush shrimp and tomatoes with marinade.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat about 5 minutes or till shrimp turn pink, turning shrimp over once.
