Easy Garlic Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Baby Lima beans - 1 cup, dried | ||
| Celery - 1 stalk, finely chopped | ||
| Scallions | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Vinaigrette dressing | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Soak the beans overnight; drain, rinse and cover with water
MAKING
2. In a saucepan, cook the beans till tender
3. In a small bowl, mix together celery, scallions, garlic and parsley and toss with the beans along with Vinaigrette dressing
4. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight
SERVING
5. Serve chilled
