 Olive oil3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Thin spaghetti - 1 (16-ounce) package
 Basil leaves4

Directions

MAKING
1 Removethe stems from spinach.
2 Thoroughly wash the leaves in lukewarm water.
3 Tear into bite-size pieces.
4 Fit the food processor bowl with a knife blade and add in the spinach.
5 Add in the next 9 ingredients.
6 Cover and process until smooth.
7 Gradually pour oil throughthe food chute in a slow, steady stream until combined, with the processor running,
8 As per the package directions, prepare the spaghetti.
9 Drain well.
10 In a bowl, toss the spaghetti with garlic mixture.

SERVING
11 Serve garnished with pimiento and basil leaves. (optional)
