 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Butter1 Ounce (30 Grams)
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
 Mackerel cutlet4 Large (Or Thick Fillets)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Fresh rosemary/1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary leaves2 Teaspoon
 Freshly ground black pepper To Taste


1. Heat oil and butter in a large frypan and cook garlic for 1 minute. Add cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until browned.
2. Pour lemon juice over and sprinkle with rosemary. Season to taste with black pepper. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until flesh flakes when tested with a fork.
