Directions
1. Heat oil and butter in a large frypan and cook garlic for 1 minute. Add cutlets and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until browned.
2. Pour lemon juice over and sprinkle with rosemary. Season to taste with black pepper. Cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until flesh flakes when tested with a fork.
