Garden Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
A great appetizer for any occasion

Ingredients
Needed:
1/2c. dried crumbly style herb seasoned stuffing, crushed (or you can use Italian bread crumbs your choice)
1/4c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4c. finely chopped carrots (brunoise)
1/4c. finely chopped green peppers
pinch of pepper
2tbsp finely chopped onion (Brunoise)
16 Button or common mushrooms, stems removed
Directions
Preperation:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
in a small bowl stir together all ingredients except mushrooms.
Stuff each mushroom cap with 1tbsp of filling.
Place in buttered 13x9" baking pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
