Garden Salad With Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups iceberg lettuce finely chopped
2 cups tomatoes seeded and chopped
1 cup broccoli finely chopped
1/3 cup zucchini chopped
2 hard-cooked eggs chopped
Freshly ground black pepper
Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
Directions
Spread chopped lettuce evenly over bottom of a large, shallow bowl.
Arrange remaining ingredients except pepper and Blue Cheese Vinaigrette in rows over lettuce, with tomato in-center and broccoli and onion on one side, zucchini and egg on other side.
Cover salad with damp paper towel and plastic wrap; refrigerate.
To serve, grind pepper over salad; add Blue Cheese Vinaigrette and toss.
