Garden Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Ears of corn | 6 | |
| 6 green peppers finely cut | ||
| Cucumbers | 1 Pint, chopped | |
| Onions | 1 Pint, chopped | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 1/4 Pint | |
| 2 c.sugar | ||
| Celery seed | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Turmeric | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Cut corn from cob.
Place all ingredients in large kettle; mix.
Cook for 1 hour just at boiling point.
Wash six pint jars in soap and water; fill with boiling water and let set.
Set screw tops and lids in boiling water.
Pour relish into jars 1/2 inch from top; seal.
