Ingredients

 Ears of corn6
 6 green peppers finely cut
 Cucumbers1 Pint, chopped
 Onions1 Pint, chopped
 Cider vinegar1 1/4 Pint
 2 c.sugar
 Celery seed2 Teaspoon
 Salt3 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/2 Tablespoon
 Turmeric1 Tablespoon

Directions

Cut corn from cob.
Place all ingredients in large kettle; mix.
Cook for 1 hour just at boiling point.
Wash six pint jars in soap and water; fill with boiling water and let set.
Set screw tops and lids in boiling water.
Pour relish into jars 1/2 inch from top; seal.
