Ingredients

 1/4 cup garlic-flavored wine vinegar
 1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
 Cornstarch1 Tablespoon
 Seasoned salt1 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup dark seedless raisins
 2 tablespoons snipped fresh mint, or 1/2 tablespoon dried mint
 1 cup diced firm ripe tomato
 1/2 cup chopped firm cucumber
 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Dill pickle1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Blend vinegar into a mixture of the brown sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a heavy saucepan.
Stir in the raisins.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to boiling; cook about 3 minutes longer.
Cool completely.
When ready to serve, mix in mint and remaining chilled ingredients.
Relish should stay fresh 2 to 3 days if covered and stored in the refrigerator
