Garden Potato Salad With Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 1/2 lbs. small potatoes | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Radishes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 5 hard cooked eggs | ||
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic, celery salt and onion salt to taste | ||
| 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| 1/2 c. milk Paprika | ||
Directions
Peel, chop and remove seeds from cucumber.
In a large bowl place cooked, peeled and sliced potatoes, the vegetables, 3 hard-cooked eggs (chopped) and the seasonings.
Combine dressing with milk, pour over vegetables and mix well.
Garnish with the 2 remaining eggs (sliced) and paprika.
