 2 1/2 lbs. small potatoes
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Cucumber1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
 Radishes1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 5 hard cooked eggs
 Salt1 Tablespoon
 Pepper1/2 Tablespoon
 Garlic, celery salt and onion salt to taste
 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
 1/2 c. milk Paprika

Directions

Peel, chop and remove seeds from cucumber.
In a large bowl place cooked, peeled and sliced potatoes, the vegetables, 3 hard-cooked eggs (chopped) and the seasonings.
Combine dressing with milk, pour over vegetables and mix well.
Garnish with the 2 remaining eggs (sliced) and paprika.
