Garden Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked shell macaroni
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup green beans, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 cup cherry tomato halves
1/4 cup scored, sliced, and halved cucumber
1/4 cup commercial Italian reduced-calorie salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced radishes
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions, using 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Drain and set aside.
Place beans in a small amount of boiling water, reduce heat, and cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Drain and let cool.
Combine pasta, beans, tomatoes, cucumber, and salad dressing, toss gently.
Chill.
To serve, add radishes, and toss gently.
