Ingredients

 2/3 cup low-fat cottage cheese
 Onion1 Tablespoon, finley grated
 Carrot1 Tablespoon, finely grated
 Green pepper1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1 Dash
 Plain yogurt1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In small bowl mash cottage cheese with fork.
Add onion, carrot, pepper, salt, and garlic salt; beat until fairly smooth.
Stir in yogurt.
Cover; chill several hours.
