Garden Cottage Cheese Mold Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp. unfavored gelatin
1 c. milk
2/3 C. French dressing
1 12 oz. carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. green pepper strips
1/4 c. thin radish slices
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. shaved or thinly sliced cucumber
2 tbsp. minced onion
Directions
Soften gelatin in l/4 cup cold milk.
Heat remaining milk to lukewarm.
Dissolve gela tin over hot water in saucepan or top of double boiler.
Add gelatin to warm milk.
Stir in French dressing and cottage cheese.
Cool mixture until thickened.
Fold in vege tables; pour into well oiled 1 quart ring mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on crisp lettuce; garnish with relishes.
Serve plain or with salad dressing.
