Garden Veggie Lahvosh Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 <a href= "http://valleylahvosh.com/vlbc_products.php">Valley Lahvosh™ 15" Round Crackerbread or | ||
| 10 Valley Lahvosh™ 5" Round Crackerbread</a> | ||
| Pizza sauce | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Basil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Bell peppers | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Red onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Spread or brush a thin layer of pizza sauce over Valley Lahvosh™ crackerbread. Sprinkle cheese on top of pizza sauce. Add basil, bell peppers and red onion. Bake in 275° oven for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
PLEASE NOTE: Although baking is recommended for the best results, pizzas can be broiled 2-3 minutes in lieu of baking.
