Ingredients

 3 tablespoons tomato-based chili sauce
 Sweet pickle relish1 Tablespoon
 3 pita breads each about 6 inches in diameter, halved

Directions

In a bowl, combine lettuce, carrots, cheese, onions, tomato, and avocado.
In a cup, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and relish; pour over vegetables and toss gently to blend.
Fill bread halves evenly with vegetable mixture, packing gently.
