Garden Vegetable Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound DOLE® Carrots
1 bunch DOLE® Broccoli
1 head DOLE® Cauliflower
1/2 cup minced onion
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
10 drops hot pepper sauce
Vegetable dippers: reserved carrot slices and broccoli and cauliflower florettes; celery and cucumber slices; bell pepper strips mushroom slices; cherry tomatoes
Directions
Mince 1 cup of carrots; slice remaining for dippers.
Break broccoli and cauliflower into florettes.
Mince 1 cup of each; reserve remaining florettes for vegetable dippers.
In food processor fitted with metal blade, combine minced carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, cream cheese and seasonings; process until smooth.
Refrigerate dip 1 hour or overnight in covered serving bowl.
Break broccoli and cauliflower into florettes.
