Ingredients

 4 slices whole grain bread
 1/2 cup Soy-Sesame-Peanut spread
 Tomato1 , sliced
 4 thick slices of cheese to cover the bread

Directions

Spread 2 tablespoons of S.S.P. spread on each slice of whole grain bread. Cover with tomato slices, and top with cheese.
Broil until the cheese melts.
