Garden Salad Mould Recipe




 Lime flavored gelatin6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
 Boiling water2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Cold water3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 White vinegar1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cabbage2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely shredded
 Radishes1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
 Celery1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
 Carrot1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely shredded
 Green pepper1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped

Place gelatin in bowl; pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Stir in cold water, vinegar and salt.
Chill just until mixture begins to thicken.
Meanwhile, toss together cabbage, radishes, celery, carrot, green pepper and onion; pack into 1 1/4 quart ring mold.
Pour thickened gelatin over vegetables and chill in refrigerator until firm.
Unmold on salad greens and fill center with seasoned cottage cheese.
