Garden Row Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 3 Medium, sliced | |
| 1 large cucumber, cut up | ||
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Pint, halved | |
| Celery ribs | 4 , sliced | |
| Croutons | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| 1/2 slice bread, torn in pieces | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| 6 slices bacon, crisp-cooked | ||
| Choice of salad dressing | ||
Directions
Place carrots in blender; cover with cold water.
Cover container; blend till coarsely chopped.
Drain well.
Place carrots in glass salad bowl.
Discard cucumber seeds.
Repeat above blending procedure for cucumber; drain and layer atop carrots.
Place tomatoes atop cucumber.
Repeat the blending procedure for celery; drain and layer atop tomatoes.
Place croutons atop celery.
Wipe blender dry.
Cube cheese; place in blender with bread.
Cover; blend till coarsely chopped.
Layer with eggs atop salad.
Crumble bacon; sprinkle atop.
Cover container; blend till coarsely chopped.
Drain well.
