Garden Pizza Recipe

| 1 quantity Basic Pizza Dough | ||
| GARDEN TOPPING | ||
| 250g asparagus spears, cut into 4cm in pieces | ||
| 150g baby yellow squash, sliced | ||
| Onions spring | 3 , chopped | |
| 150g broccoli, cut into florets | ||
| 150g small peas | ||
| Chopped basil | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Cheese | 60 Gram, grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 60 Gram, grated | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe, then shape into a 30cm in round and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
Arrange asparagus, squash or zucchini (courgettes), spring onions, broccoli, peas and basil over dough.
Sprinkle with cheese, and black pepper to taste and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden and base is crisp.
