Garden Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
1 quantity Basic Pizza Dough
GARDEN TOPPING
250g asparagus spears, cut into 4cm in pieces
150g baby yellow squash, sliced
3 spring onions, chopped
150g broccoli, cut into florets
150g small peas
2 tblspn chopped fresh basil or 1 tspn dried basil
60g grated cheese
60g grated parmesan cheese
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe, then shape into a 30cm in round and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
Arrange asparagus, squash or zucchini (courgettes), spring onions, broccoli, peas and basil over dough.
Sprinkle with cheese, and black pepper to taste and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is golden and base is crisp.
