Garden Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 (9-ounce) package fresh tri-color rotini or shell macaroni
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 zucchini, chopped
1/4 to 1/3 cup bottled Italian dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water according to package directions (about 5 minutes); drain.
Place pasta, tomatoes and zucchini in serving bowl.
Add enough dressing to moisten; toss lightly.
Add parsley and pepper; toss lightly.
