Garden Medley Rice Recipe
This Garden Medley Rice recipe easily finds way to the top of my favorite list. It is most popularly enjoyed as a Main Dish. Vegetable is the main ingredient in this Garden Medley Rice. Ingredients
1 can (13 3/4 oz.) ready-to-serve chicken broth
2 cups assorted vegetables (broccoli florets, sliced yellow squash, peas, grated carrot)
1 teaspoon onion flakes
2 teaspoons snipped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 cups Rice Freshly ground pepper (optional)
Directions
Stir together broth, vegetables, onion flakes, rosemary and garlic powder in saucepan and bring to a full boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork and sprinkle with pepper.
