| 2 c. cooked whole wheat macaroni, chilled | ||
| 1/2 c. chopped tart apples | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Eggs | 2 , boiled | |
| Green pepper | 1 | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |

Directions
In a large serving bowl, mix together macaroni, apples, mayonnaise, peas, and celery.
Dice one egg and half of the green pepper; stir into salad.
Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
Slice the other egg; garnish salad with egg slices and diced green pepper.
