Garden Herb And Ham Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING) | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (DRESSING) | |
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dried dill weed | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (DRESSING) | |
| 2 pkg. Green Giant Pasta Accents Garden Herb Seasoning Frozen Vegetables and Pasta | ||
| Cooked ham | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed (SALAD) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (SALAD) | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (SALAD) | |
| 3 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges, seeded | ||
Directions
In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; mix well.
Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors.
Cook frozen vegetables with pasta as directed on package until vegetables are crisp tender.
Spoon into large bowl.
Cover; refrigerate l 1/2 hours or until cooled.
Add remaining salad ingredients to chilled vegetables with pasta.
Spoon dressing over salad; toss gently to combine.
Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish as desired.
