 Onion1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 Vinegar1/2 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Cucumbers1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Radishes1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Green peppers1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Lettuce
 Watercress

Directions

Mix onion, vinegar, paprika, salt and mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Combine with potato, celery, cucumber, radishes, and green pepper.
Chill and serve on lettuce and watercress.
This is a very simple salad that is tasty and most attractive.
