Garden Chicken Salad Recipe
I was on my wits end looking for a Low Fat recipe and then my brother shared this Garden Chicken Salad recipe with me. This Garden Chicken Salad is so tasty that I cannot resist serving it as a Side Dish often. Garden Chicken Salad can be included in menu if any member of your family is following Low Fat diet. The most important ingredient in Garden Chicken Salad is chicken. I am certain both of us will be in agreement that this Garden Chicken Salad is really delicious.

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/4 cup chopped carrot
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup nonfat mayonnaise dressing
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon CRISCO Vegetable Oil
1/4 cup sliced almonds
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
Directions
1. Combine chicken, zucchini, carrot, onion and parsley in bowl.
2. Combine mayonnaise dressing, sour cream, celery salt and pepper in small bowl. Add to chicken mixture. Mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
3. Heat Crisco Oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add nuts. Cook and stir 4 minutes or until nuts are light golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Cool.
4. Serve salad on greens-covered plate, if desired. Surround with tomato wedges. Sprinkle with nuts. Garnish, if desired.
