Ingredients

 
2 c dried peas or garbanzos, soaked overnight
 
2 anchovy fillets
 
1 t green onions, chopped
 
2 t parsley, chopped
 
1/2 c yogurt
 
1 t sea salt
 
1 t lemon juice

Directions

Cover peas with water and bring to a boil.
Drain.
Add water to cover again and bring to a boil again.
Turn down heat and simmer 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
Chop anchovy fillets and combine with remaining ingredients and peas.
Chill for several hours.
