Ingredients

 TAHINI
 Sesame seed3 Tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Oil1/2 Teaspoon
 DIP
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Onion2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Garlic - 1 to 2 cloves, sliced
 Green Giant or Joan of Arc Garbanzo Beans - 1 (15-oz.) can, rinsed & drained

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and place all tahini ingredients in it. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
2) Add all the dip ingredients and blend again until smooth.
3) Refrigerate for about 1 hour for blending flavors.

SERVING
4) Serve Garbanzo Garlic Dip with fresh vegetables and/or pita bread. Store remaining dip in refrigerator.
