Garbanzo Garlic Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| TAHINI | ||
| Sesame seed | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| DIP | ||
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic - 1 to 2 cloves, sliced | ||
| Green Giant or Joan of Arc Garbanzo Beans - 1 (15-oz.) can, rinsed & drained | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a food processor bowl or blender container and place all tahini ingredients in it. Blend until a smooth paste is formed.
2) Add all the dip ingredients and blend again until smooth.
3) Refrigerate for about 1 hour for blending flavors.
SERVING
4) Serve Garbanzo Garlic Dip with fresh vegetables and/or pita bread. Store remaining dip in refrigerator.
