Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F. Prepare a baking tray.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl, add the shortening, sugar, brown sugar, egg replacer for 2 eggs and vanilla extract. Then cream well together and set aside.
3. In another bowl, add the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Mix well and pour into the sugar mixture. Stir and combine all the ingredients well.
4. Add in the vegan chocolate chips, walnuts, rice puffs, grated coconut, oatmeal and mix well.
5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them in the baking tray.
6. Bake cookies in the oven at 350 Degree F for 12-15 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve this crunchy Garbage Cookies with milk.
