Garam Masala Powder - North Indian Style Recipe

Ingredients

 
20gm - peppercorns
 
10gm - cloves
 
20gm - cinnamon
 
15gm - brown cardamoms peeled
 
10gm - caraway or cumin seeds

Directions

Place spices in a small, heavy pan on medium heat. Stir continuously untill the spices darken by a few shades and give out their distinct aromas.
Know take pan of the heat and let the spices cool.
Know grind the spices to a fine powder.
Note:
Store the powder in airtight container to lock the aroma of the powder.
