Gangbang Lasagne Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds lasagne, boiled and drained | ||
| Onion | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Beef | 3 1/2 Pound | |
| Ground allspice | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper red | 3/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Flour | 5 Tablespoon (For Bechamel:) | |
| Butter | 5 Tablespoon (For Bechamel:) | |
| Milk | 5 Cup (16 tbs) (For Bechamel:) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Bechamel:) | |
Directions
Saute onion in olive oil and 4 tablespoons butter 10 minutes.
Add garlic.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add beef.
Saute 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add spices.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Make Bechamel Sauce: In a saucepan stir 5 tablespoons flour into 5 tablespoons melted butter.
Mix thoroughly.
Gradually stir in 5 cups milk.
Stir until thickened.
Add 2 cups Parmesan cheese.
Pour about 1/4 inch tomato sauce in bottom of baking dish.
Put 1 layer of lasagne on top of sauce, add 1/3 Bechamel and 1/3 of meat mixture.
Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan.
Repeat, ending with a layer of lasagne.
Pour about 1 cup of tomato sauce over the lasagne.
Bake in moderate (375°) oven 30 minutes.
Serves 16 to 18.
