4 gammon rashers
1 egg
1 tablespoon chutney
Seasoning
1 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Packet frozen beans or canned beans or 1 lb.

1 oz. butter
Directions
Score the fat of the gammon rashers and put under the grill when not too hot (or cook in a frying pan).
