Game Broth Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 cups game broth | ||
| 12 Chicken Balls or Force meat Balls, cooked | ||
| Minced fresh chervil | ||
| Parmesan croutons | ||
| Dry red wine | 6 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Heat broth to boil and adjust seasonings.
Add balls and garnish with chervil and Parmesan croutons.
Put 1 tablespoon of red wine in each bowl and ladle in hot broth.
