|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped toasted blanched almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sweetened strawberries||1 Pint|

Simmer for about 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Add gelatin, sugar, lemon peel, orange peel and vanilla to grits mixture.
Stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved.
Remove from heat; let stand for about 30 minutes or until lukewarm.
Stir in almonds.
Beat cream until stiff; fold into grits mixture.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart wet mold.
Chill until firm.
Reserve 9 whole strawberries to garnish mold.
Crush remaining strawberries.
Unmold on serving dish; garnish with whole strawberries.
Slice to serve; top each serving with crushed strawberries."
