Gala Grasshopper Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Miniature marshmallows | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Green creme de menthe | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White creme de cacao | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green food coloring | 2 Drop | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Pint, whipped | |
| Chocolate cookie crumb crust | 1 (Use A 10 Inch One) |
Directions
Place marshmallows and milk in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir until marshmallows are completely melted.
Stir in creme de menthe, creme de cacao and food coloring.
Refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in whipped cream and pour into crumb crust.
Refrigerate several hours or until completely set.
If desired, garnish with cookie crumbs and chopped pistachio nuts.
