Ingredients

 
14 oz. La Choy bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
 
1 cup fresh mushrooms, thinly sliced
 
3 tsp lemon juice
 
1 tsp sesame oil
 
1 tsp liquid fructose
 
1 tsp salt
 
1/4 tsp onion powder
 
2 cup cooked chicken, diced
 
3 tsp pimiento, chopped
 
1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

Cover bean sprouts with ice water; let stand for 30 minutes.
Drain well.
Place bean sprouts and mushrooms in mixing bowl.
In another bowl, blend together lemon juice, oil, liquid fructose, salt and onion powder.
Add to vegetables; toss lightly.
Chill.
Just before serving, add chicken, pimiento and sesame seeds; toss lightly.
