Gaklic Lamb Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb, cut in 1-inch cubes | ||
| 1 cup garlic salad dressing or 1 envelope dry garlic salad dressing mix | ||
| 2 medium green peppers, cut in squares | ||
| 1 16-ounce can small onions | ||
Directions
Place meat in shallow dish.
Pour dressing over meat.
Let stand 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Drain meat, reserving liquid.
Thread meat and vegetables on skewers in the following order: lamb, green pepper, lamb, onion.
Broil 4 inches from heat about 15 minutes, turning once.
Baste meat and vegetables occasionally with dressing.
