Gajjar Chi Koshumbiri Recipe
Ingredients
| Carrots | 150 Gram, peeled | |
| Thick curds - 100 grams | ||
| Groundnuts | 25 Gram, pounded | |
| Green chillies | 2 | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Asafoetida - a pinch | ||
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander leaves - a handful | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl mix curds, carrots, groundnuts, chillies, sugar and salt.
2. In a skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil and toss in asafoetida and cumin seeds.
3. When the seeds stop spluttering add carrots.
SERVING
4. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
