Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups crushed bread toasts
 Flour3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Cardamom powder1 Teaspoon
 Eggs2 , beaten
 1 cup grated sweet potato
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Pinch
 Carrots2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Apple1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Butter1/3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

? Mix all ingredients gently, turn by turn, till the mass is soft and blended.
? Grease a suitable pudding mould and fill with the mixture.
? Cover the top with foil and steam for 1 1/2 hours, or till done and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
? Unmould.
? Serve warm with custard sauce or cream.
