Directions

Add carrots, condensed milk, milk and sugar in a non stick pan.
Cook the mixture over medium-high heat. Keep stirring.
When milk thickens add almonds, cashews and cardamon powder. Stir it well.
Keep stirring until milk reduced fully.
The gajar halva is ready to serve.
You can garnish it with some ghee and dry fruits.
