Indonesian Gado Gado Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Large, scrubbed | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 cup cut green beans | ||
| Shredded cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cucumber | 1/2 , sliced | |
| Bean sprouts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Large, slivered | |
| 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
Directions
Place diced potatoes in a vegetable steamer set over boiling water, cover and steam 10 minutes.
Add carrots and green beans, cover, and continue to steam for 5 minutes.
Add shredded cabage and steam for 3 minutes.
Arrange steamed and raw vegetables and sliced eggs on a serving platter and serve with Gado Gado Sauce.
