 Chopped onion240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm), minced
 Bay leaf1
 Ginger root2 Teaspoon, grated
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon (For Frying)
 Peanut butter240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
 Honey15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
 Cayenne pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Cider vinegar15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
 Water720 Milliliter (3 Cups)
 Salt To Taste

In a saucepan, cook the onions, garlic, bay leaf and ginger in butter.
When onion becomes translucent, add the remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Simmer on lowest possible heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
