Fusilli With Shrimps And Crabmeat Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 lb. fiusilli (pasta twists)
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped garlic
6 oz. shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 tbsp. white wine
8 oz. chopped tomatoes (preferably Italian plum)
6 leaves chopped basil (1 tsp. dry)
12 leaves chopped oregano (1 tsp. dry)
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (1 tsp. dry)
2 oz. crabmeat
basil for garnish
Directions
Cook in boiling water until firm to the bite (al dente).
Drain and set aside.
Heat in large pan until garlic becomes brown.
Add and saute until just barely cooked.
Add to above and simmer for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
