 Canned flaked tuna184 Gram, drained
 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon (Around 25 milliliter)
 Stalk celery1 , chopped
 Grated cheddar cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Around 50 milliliter)
 Black pepper To Taste
 English muffins2 , split in half 2 or 3
 Pickle slice2
 Olives2
 Tomato slices2

Directions

In a bowl combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery, cheese and pepper to taste.
Divide mixture evenly over each muffin half.
Make "funny faces" on each half, using pickle slices for eyes, olives for the nose and half a tomato slice for smiling mouths.
Use any other garnishes you have on hand as well.
Place under the broiler for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
NOTE: In place of the tuna, try canned salmon, turkey or chicken, or mashed hard-boiled eggs.
You might also try using green or red bell peppers, raisins, mushrooms, or anything else you like to make the "funny faces."
