Funny Face Hamburgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 1/4 cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose or Self-Rising Flour | ||
| Parsley flakes | 2 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Quick Parkerhouse Dinner Rolls | ||
| Pimiento | 6 | |
| Raisins | 12 | |
| 2 tablespoons Pillsbury Hungry jack Mashed Potato Flakes | ||
| Cooking oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | ||
Directions
Combine ground beef, flour, parsley flakes, catsup, salt, onion salt and pepper.
Open can; separate dough into 12 rolls.
On ungreased cookie sheet press 6 folded Parkerhouse Rolls into 4-inch circles.
Place meat patty in center of each.
Press each of the 6 remaining Parkerhouse Rolls into a 4-inch circle.
Stretch each over meat patty and pinch well to seal to bottom crust.
For faces snip through crust with scissors or sharp knife for eyes and mouth.
Place raisins in holes for eyes; pimiento strip for mouth.
For hair combine potato flakes and oil.
Brush each roll with milk; sprinkle with potato flakes (or use shredded cheese or corn flakes for hair).
Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
