Funnel Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 cup plus 2 tbs. flour
 
1 tsp. baking powder
 
dash salt
 
3/4 cup milk
 
1 egg, beaten

Directions

Beat ingredients together well.
Lightly grease a frying pan and heat for several minutes.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a funnel (don't forget to put your finger over the end!).
Over hot pan, release finger and let batter run out in a stream, while you make a spiral design with funnel.
Fry 6 to 8 minutes, until golden brown, turning once, gently.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Drain on paper towels
